About 10 days before your flight, your item selection page will be available and you need to add and pay for the items within next 4 days. When you completed the payments successfully, we will deliver the items to you!

Carry & Earn

Once you’ve received all the items, please click “Items added to your luggage” on the “Traveler Dashboard”. Then simply pack your luggage and fly! You’ll receive your payment within 4 working days after you’ve handed over all the items to us.

Who can become a Backpack traveler?

If you are traveling to Bangladesh from the United States and you have a valid travel permit, then YOU can become a Backpack Traveler! Currently, we are only operating between USA and Bangladesh.

How do I become a traveler?

Super easily. First, click the “Get Started” button. Then, sign up by entering your cell phone number. You’ll be redirected to a new page where you can fill in information about you and your flight. There! You’ve successfully registered as a traveler!

Is it safe to travel with Backpack?

Definitely! Your safety is our primary concern. We make sure each item is digitally screened for safety and security and we ensure that travelers can clearly see each item that they'll be carrying and give them the option to choose not to carry an item.

Who’ll buy the items?

Basically, you will be paying for the items beforehand and we will use those funds to purchase and ship the items to your provided address. But don’t worry, you’ll get paid back for this and then some!

What if items get lost/damaged?

We investigate these situations thoroughly. Unless it’s your fault, don’t worry! You’ll still get your earnings and your money back. All you need to do is help us out by getting us valid documents issued by the airport lost-and-found department or aid us in collecting compensation from the airline authorities for damages.

How will I deliver the items and when will I get paid?

We’ll meet you outside the airport and collect the luggage from you! Four days later, you’ll get your luggage bags back and 5 working days after you’ve handed over the items, you will receive your payment in your Bangladeshi bank account.
