I'm working as an Associate Engineering Manager among many other things. My responsibilities include maintaining the engineering backlog and focusing on what tasks we should do while utilizing engineering resources efficiently. I also make sure the items are purchased and delivered to the traveler smoothly. I love working at Backpack because of the unlimited vacation policy and being able to work remotely since these help me to go to my next adventure without the guilt of not working in my productive moments.
